**Position Snapshot**:

- Nestlé in Italy, Milan headquarter
- Permanent contract
- Management engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 or 2 years of experience in Supply and Demand planning (experience in OOH channel is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Italian

**Position Summary**:
As Demand Planner: Develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan at SKU level and on weekly basis for a portfolio of products, which represents the most realistic estimate of customer demand. Ensure the alignment of this Demand Plan with internal and external partners through the Monthly Business Planning and Collaborative Planning processes. Identify and manage exceptions and monitor performance in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan and the Company’s ability to sense and respond to changing circumstances.

As Supply Planner: To manage the Supply Network of the assigned area of the business by replenishing each dispatch point and/or point of sales to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover that also takes into account the distribution costs. Consistently achieve sustainable Customer Service Level for domestic and Inter-Market Supply (IMS) customers within the Working Capital and Freshness objectives by ensuring that the weekly planning process is executed on time. Establish stock policies for Finished Goods. Challenge manufacturing on regular basis to manage lot sizes, cycle times and R&P inventory levels, to drive optimum FG inventory level if within scope of role.

**What will make you successful**:

- At least 1 or 2 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning or Supply Chain/Operations
- Good knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Initiative and Proactivity;
- Strong communication and relational skills;
- Good in stress management
- Collaborate proactively with innovative and constructive approach
- Mental agility, insight, analysis and synthesis
- Fluent English and Italian
