**The Position**
- In this role, your main responsibilities will be as following:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the production site and the PS PM IT Security Group, ensuring alignment on security measures and practices.- Develop, implement, and monitor IT security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (GxP, GDPR).- Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and risk management activities to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures.- Lead user education and awareness initiatives to foster a culture of IT security and ensure employees understand best practices.- Act as the focal point for IT security-related audits and inspections, coordinating responses and presenting the site’s compliance status.

**Qualifications**
- To succeed in this position, you have a master’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate IT/OT Security, with a strong understanding of both IT and OT environments.
- In addition, you have:
- Relevant security certification, such as CISSP or equivalent, demonstrating expertise in IT security practices.- Proven experience working in a GxP environment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across cross-functional teams.- Proficiency in English and Italian language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
