- At the end of 2024, Novo Nordisk acquired the Catalent Anagni S.r.l. manufacturing site with the ambition of expanding our capacity to meet the needs of millions of patients. You will be joining a global team working on pharmaceutical plants that utilize advanced technologies within the site's fill & finish facilities.

- We are looking for talented individuals to join our Maximization team—either as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator, depending on your level of experience.
- As a **Project Manager**, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver high-impact projects from initiation to successful completion.
- As a **Project Coordinator**, you will support senior project managers, assist in project execution activities, and gain experience managing small projects within a global framework.

**The Positions**
- Depending on your role and experience, you will:

- Lead or support the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects according to the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, reports, and presentations for project governance and decision-making.
- Track and control project progress, costs, risks, and quality, proposing mitigation actions when necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices across the organization.

**Qualifications**
- To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have:

- Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- For Project Manager: Minimum 3+ years' experience in project or program management in a global, GMP-regulated environment (pharma or biotech preferred).
- For Project Coordinator: Minimum 1+ year experience supporting projects in a similar global, GMP-regulated environment (pharma or biotech preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management, change management, organizational and innovation skills.
- Solid experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).

**About the Department**
- You will be joining an amazing team made up of Senior Project Managers, along with a larger group of Project Managers and Coordinators, reporting directly into the Maximization Lead. This team will focus on implementation/transfer of Novo Nordisk products (syringes, vials), on optimizing processes, and other projects ensuring efficient operations and continuous improvements across projects.
