World é alla ricerca di un/una Reservations Manager per la stagione con disponibilità immediata.
Sono richiesti almeno 2 anni di esperienza in analoga posizione in alberghi di pari categoria
Elementi indispensabili per la selezione:
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Padronanza di tutte le operazioni del reparto
- Spiccato orientamento alla vendita
- Eccellente utilizzo del pacchetto Office
- Profonda conoscenza del Revenue Management
La figura sarà a diretto riporto dell’Hotel Manager e del Responsabile commerciale, coordinerà e assegnerà il flusso di lavoro agli addetti dell’ufficio prenotazioni.
Dovrá inoltre essere in grado di garantire la massima soddisfazione della clientela e creare e consolidare rapporti commerciali con le agenzie e TO.
Tutte le operazioni dovranno essere svolte e completate con precisione in autonomia rispettando Standards di servizio LQA e le procedure interne.
Costituiscono titoli preferenziali ai fini della selezione:
- Conoscenza di una terza lingua
- padronanza dei PMS in particolare Opera Cloud e dei principali Channel manager/ OTAs
- Conoscenza della destinazione e della logística dell' isola e del distretto turistico
- Dimestichezza con gli standards LQA
