Realizzano protocolli integrati altamente performanti ad elevato contenuto tecnologico, per guidare il cliente verso la miglior versione di sé stesso grazie ad un perfetto equilibrio tra salute, bellezza consapevole ed energia mentale. **Il tuo nuovo ruolo** Stiamo ricercando all’interno del Team di Business Excellence una figura di Training Commercial Excellence Manager in ambito Beauty, che sarà responsabile dello sviluppo del LifeCycle della promozione dei protocolli integrati e del perfezionamento della Customer Experience. Nel dettaglio si occuperà di: - Affiancamento sul territorio per fornire a tutti i centri i più efficaci spunti comunicazionali su prodotti e servizi; - Sviluppo dei piani formativi e dell’erogazione della formazione alle figure all’interno delle Cliniche al fine di elevare lo standard di qualità di servizio al cliente attraverso formazione on - line, in aula e on the job; - Responsabilità del Visual Merchandising dei Centri; - Garantire il processo di mappatura e di miglioramento dei livelli di Customer Satisfaction dei clienti per tutti i centri; - Supportare il Marketing nella comunicazione di prodotto verso il cliente nel centro e attraverso tutti i canali di comunicazione. **Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo** - Background scientifico, preferibilmente con specializzazione cosmeceutica o cosmetologia - Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni nel ruolo all’interno di aziende operanti nel settore della cosmetica - Disponibilità a trasferte su tutto il territorio nazionale - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Cerchiamo una risorsa con ottime doti commerciali, spirito di iniziativa e propensione al lavoro in team che voglia entrare a far parte di un contesto dinamico e fortemente in crescita in cui portare il suo sostanziale contributo uniti alla sua passione.
