Are you ready for a new challenge in our Retail Excellence EMEA team?:
Working alongside the company tutor, as Retail Excellence EMEA Intern, you will support in the successful execution of the retail excellence strategies that enhance the client experience, build product expertise, elevates the managerial teams, and grow sales in the Retail stores of EMEA.

What can you learn with us?:  

• Support the Senior Training Manager in localizing and planning the training programs according to the regional needs;
• Interact transversally with business functions to support the Retail projects that are aligned with the expectations and guidelines deriving from the implementation of the regional strategy;
• Support the Senior Training Manager in analysing budget costs and monitor expenses;
• Assist in coordinating training programs and regional meetings for retail staff and according to the corporate guidelines;
• Maintain training records as well as creating and producing reports related to regional training activities;
• Support training actions follow up and assist in monitoring results of programs facilitated;
• Together with the Senior Training Manager the RE intern might deliver training contents.

Do you have these qualifications and skills?: 

• Bachelor's degree;
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• Important knowledge and passion of Retail Luxury World;
• Understanding of client orientation or customer service experience is appreciated;
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness;
• Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed;
• Collaborative and supportive with colleagues of the same department as well as other departments;
• Able to build solid relationships with internal and external team based on open communication;
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-pace environment maintaining self-organization;
• Excellent organization of time, respect of deadlines.
