HSPI opens its doors to recent graduates in economics, management engineering, computer science, and scientific fields to become future IT Consultants.

HSPI offers its clients services in Business Consulting, IT Governance, and Digital Innovation.

Upon successful completion of the selection process, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in the Roman territory and at the HSPI headquarters in Rome, engaging in one of the three pillars that make up HSPI and represent one of the following professional roles:
**Project Management Consultant**: Plans, manages, and monitors projects, ensuring the achievement of objectives within time and budget constraints.
**IT Governance Consultant**: Defines processes, policies, and procedures to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives through digital leverage.
**Business Analyst**: Analyzes business objectives and processes, identifying organizational and technological solutions for business innovation and improving corporate efficiency.
**Data Scientist**: Utilizes advanced data analysis techniques to extract knowledge and define strategies or make decisions.
**Requirement Engineer**: Explicitly negotiates and documents the requirements of IT solutions, ensuring they are clear, complete, and validated by stakeholders.
**Cybersecurity Consultant**: Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates risks to information security, developing and implementing strategies for data and IT service protection.
**Compliance & ISO Consultant**: Ensures company performance and compliance with regulations and international standards through the implementation of quality management systems.

What technical requirements should you have?

Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Economics and Management, Computer Science, or STEM disciplines;
Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Good knowledge of the English language.

What soft skills should you possess?

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written);
Teamworking ability;
Goal orientation, precision, and attention to detail.
