Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. As a Gas Turbines Product Support Manager, you will lead a team within the Product Service Organization. We support the Gas Turbines Services business by handling all operational and maintenance activities for our installed base.

As a Gas Turbines Product Support Manager within the Service Engineering organization, you will be responsible for:

- Being recognized engineering expert with excellent technical foundations and deep knowledge of engineering processes
- Utilizing expertise to solve field issues, provides data-driven recommendations, and safeguards company's Intellectual Property.
- Focusing on team's technical continuous enhancement and expanding competences and capabilities to support the installed fleet and GTS's growth
- Supporting P&Ls in shaping GTS LRP (Long Range Plan) for GTs' NPDs
- Providing coordination and leadership across regional teams, sharing best practices, and delivering structured feedback for continuous improvement
- Managing responsiveness and timeliness metrics for Customer Claim Management in their area of responsibility
- Identifying priorities, manages workload and budget, and coordinates multifunctional teams for root cause failure analyses (RCA) and containment/recovery strategies
- Leveraging expertise to resolve field problems, makes data-driven recommendations, and protects the company's Intelligent Property rights

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Master's in Engineering, ideally in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Have at least 10 additional years of experience in an engineering capacity.
- Be able to effectively communicate and have a growth mindset.
- Have a proven track record of collaboration in multi-functional teams, with project management skills as well as be Green Belt certified.
- Have deep knowledge of Gas Turbines.
