**Il ruolo**
In qualità di Operation Supervisor sarai responsabile dei processi operativi per lo scalo di Venezia e primo punto di contatto con il cliente. Sarai garante della conformità ai contratti di noleggio ed assistenza di TCR, assicurando l'eccellenza operativa e la soddisfazione del cliente.

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Supervisione, sviluppo ed implementazione dei processi operativi dello scalo al fine di migliorarne l’efficienza.
- Pianificazione e gestione delle attività di manutenzione (officina interna ed esterna) e definizione delle priorità delle lavorazioni sia dell’officina che degli eventuali subappaltatori.
- Gestione ed effettuazione di audit periodici della flotta di proprietà (audit, procedure di noleggio e riconsegna), collaborazione negli audit esterni richiesti dagli stakeholder (Clienti, Autorità, Enti di controllo).
- Gestione delle attività amministrative dello scalo (facilities, pulizie, auto aziendali).
- Gestione della conformità ai contratti di noleggio e assistenza (disponibilità, qualità, manutenzione).
- Presentazione, gestione e negoziazione delle offerte ai clienti (danni, modifiche) ed organizzazione di incontri periodici relativi al monitoraggio dei KPI e dei costi aggiuntivi.
- Promozione ed implementazione dei processi in materia di sicurezza.
- Pianificazione, organizzazione e supervisione del team, in un’ottica di valorizzazione e sviluppo delle capacità individuali.
- Promozione dei valori di TCR nelle proprie attività, assicurandosi che siano integrati nei comportamenti del proprio team.
- Laurea in ingegneria meccanica/gestionale/civile o diploma in meccatronica supportato da una comprovata esperienza nel settore di almeno 5 anni.
- Esperienza in ambito meccanico preferibilmente nel settore GSE o dei veicoli agricoli.
- Conoscenza approfondita del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese (B2).
- Capacità di stabilire le priorità e pianificare le relative attività lavorative.
- Eccellenti doti organizzative e orientamento al risultato.
- Capacità di comunicazione eccellente e buone capacità di lavoro di squadra.
