Role Description As HR Supervisor , you’ll support the Human Resources function by ensuring the smooth daily operation of all HR activities and compliance with company policies and Italian labor law. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture, assisting the HR Manager in all administrative and operational matters related to employees and their experience at San Clemente Palace Venice. Your main responsibilities will include: Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes for all hotel departments Coordinating training sessions, maintaining training records, and assisting with performance management activities Preparing HR reports, maintaining personnel files, and updating HR databases Ensuring compliance with labor regulations, internal procedures, and brand standards Assisting with payroll preparation and time & attendance tracking Promoting employee engagement through communication initiatives and internal events Serving as a point of contact for staff inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality Supporting the HR Manager in implementing HR projects and strategic initiatives What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an HR support or supervisory role, ideally within luxury hospitality Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR administrative processes Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in a multicultural environment Positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine passion for people Fluent in Italian and English (other languages are an advantage) Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and HR software systems What We Offer A key role within one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury resorts Opportunity to work in a stunning historical property immersed in art, culture, and heritage Competitive compensation and benefits package Professional growth and development opportunities Accommodation, meals, uniform, and other on-property benefits A supportive and international team environment where excellence is celebrated Apply Now Ready to grow your HR career in Venice?
