Role Description As HR Manager, you will lead the Human Resources function of the resort, ensuring a supportive, high-performing, and people-centered environment. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, while acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Managing the full recruitment cycle to attract top talent for all hotel departments Overseeing onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure continuous growth Supporting department heads with performance management, coaching, and HR best practices Handling employee relations with professionalism, confidentiality, and care Ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws and internal HR policies Managing payroll coordination and HR administrative processes Developing and implementing HR initiatives that foster engagement, retention, and well-being Coordinating staff housing, benefits, schedules, and employee documentation Leading disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution when needed Maintaining accurate HR records, reports, and systems Supporting organizational planning and workforce strategy Acting as a cultural ambassador, ensuring a positive and inclusive working environment Participating in management meetings and supporting cross-department collaboration What We’re Looking For Proven experience in HR management within luxury hospitality or a similar high-end environment Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence Ability to manage sensitive situations with fairness and professionalism Strong organizational and administrative abilities Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus) Passion for people, service excellence, and creating a positive workplace culture What We Offer A key leadership role in one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury resorts Opportunity to work in a stunning historical property immersed in art, culture, and heritage Competitive compensation and benefits package Professional development and training opportunities Accommodation, meals, uniform, and other on-property benefits A dynamic, supportive, and international team environment Apply Now Ready to advance your career in hospitality Human Resources?
