**GL Live**, parte di **GL Events**, gruppo internazionale specializzato nell’organizzazione di grandi eventi su larga scala, è alla ricerca di un **Site Manager**(con contratto a tempo determinato) per la gestione del prestigioso progetto **Milano Cortina 2026**per il sito di **Cortina d’Ampezzo**.

Come Site Manager sarai il punto di riferimento operativo sul campo: coordinerai le attività di costruzione e allestimento dei siti di gara, gestirai team e fornitori locali, garantirai il rispetto dei tempi, del budget e degli standard di qualità e sicurezza.

Svolgerai un ruolo chiave nel dialogo con il Comitato Organizzatore, le autorità locali e tutte le parti coinvolte, contribuendo a dare vita a un evento unico a livello mondiale.

**Position**:

- Supervisione quotidiana dei cantieri e delle operazioni di venue overlay
- Coordinamento di squadre interne, manodopera locale e subappaltatori
- Gestione della logística, degli ordini extra e delle variazioni approvate
- Controllo del rispetto delle normative di sicurezza, salute e sostenibilità
- Monitoraggio dell’avanzamento lavori e report periodici al Project Manager
- Interfaccia costante con il Comitato Organizzatore, fornitori e stakeholder
- Selezione e gestione di fornitori locali (costruttori, idraulici, decoratori, ecc.)Promozione della cultura della qualità e dello sviluppo sostenibile all’interno del team

**Requirements**:

- Esperienza consolidata nella gestione cantieri complessi e grandi eventi (site manager / construction manager)
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di leadership
- Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza e procedure HSE
- Capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici e multiculturali
- Inglese fluente (gradito il francese)Disponibilità a trasferte e presenza in diverse sedi operative tra Milano, Cortina e località collegate
