**Marketing Project Manager**

Il ruolo ha l’obiettivo di sviluppare e implementare progetti innovativi nell’ambito delle soluzioni e dei servizi per il cliente: posa e installazione, second life prodotti, agevolazioni, sistemi di pagamento e processi di reso, soluzioni post vendita e order management.

In costante relazione con i referenti di negozio ciò che guida l’attività progettuale è l’obiettivo di semplificare i percorsi, dare servizi a valore e a prezzi competitivi e garantire un approccio professionale al cliente.
- Laurea in ingegneria gestionale o discipline economiche, graditi percorsi di Master e/o certificazioni in ambito Service Design e/o in Project Management
- Conoscenza del mondo retail ed esperienza consolidata in contesti di trasformazione digitale e caratterizzati da strategie omnicanale
- Competenza nello sviluppo di progetti innovativi, con l'applicazione di metodologie di Project Management
- Competenza di analisi, miglioramento e gestione di processi complessi
- Conosce le metodologie di service design di customer experience cliente
- Capacità di applicare le tecniche più comuni di miglioramento e controllo dei processi (preferibilmente Lean Organization and Six-Sigma)

Completano il profilo:

- uno spiccato orientamento al risultato, proattività ed energia;
- eccellenti doti relazionali, capacità di ascolto attivo, networking
- mobilità su tutto il territorio nazionale con frequenti trasferte
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e, preferibilmente, del francese
