**Job Description** About the Role**:
As an Office Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our office, responsible for various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Your duties will include:

- Handling incoming calls and inquiries
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Procuring office supplies and essentials
- Coordinating maintenance contracts and agreements
- Arranging shipments and handling courier deliveries
- Supporting event organization and logistics
- Overseeing health and safety procedures compliance
- Assisting with HR-related tasks and document management

**Qualifications** Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Being active in team building
- Fluency in Italian (verbal and written)
- Fluency in English (preferred)
