**Hotel Front Desk Representative, This Time Tomorrow, Florence** Are you a passionate, creative and experienced hospitality professional who wants to make a difference in the world of luxury hospitality? This Time Tomorrow is a new hospitality brand that offers curated stays and values privacy, luxury and true local immersion. We are looking for a talented and dynamic Front Desk Representative to join us in creating memorable off-menu experiences for our discerning guests. **What you will do**: 1. Guest Engagement: Proactively engage with guests throughout their journey with This Time Tomorrow: pre-arrival, during their stay and post-stay; all tailored to guest preferences 2. Experience Management: Design curated personalized itineraries for guests that showcase special events, seasonal moments, and exclusive experiences, and work on upselling 3. Reservations and Organization Management: Organize all reservations and requests 4. Manage certain back-office functions and operations for the hotel: service provider management, invoicing, etc. 5. Be a Team Player: Work with inspiration in a small team dedicated to providing top-notch service with charm and character and be a hands-on person **What you bring**: - 5 years of proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury boutique hotels - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests - In-depth knowledge of the local culture of Florence, its people, attractions & "hidden germs" - Entrepreneurial mindset and familiarity with hotel reservation and management systems - Strong computer skills in general and Word and Excel in particular - Strong customer service skills to meet guest requests and effectively resolve issues - Fluent in Italian and English, with a third language preferred **What we offer**: - Opportunity to have a tangible impact on the growth of a business in a unique and luxurious property - Supportive and creative work environment that encourages growth, collaboration and innovation - Competitive salary - Opportunity to be part of a new and rapidly growing luxury brand - Strong commitment to creating lasting connections and incredible stories for our guests **This Time Tomorrow - Do you know where you'll be?** Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno Retribuzione: €1.300,00 - €1.500,00 al mese Benefit: - Orario flessibile Retribuzione supplementare: - Bonus Sede di lavoro: Di persona Data di inizio prevista: 15/11/2024
