Per azienda di servizi, dinamica e in forte crescita, ricerchiamo un/una:
**HR Internal Communication manager**

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del Dipartimento HR, riporterà gerarchicamente all’HR Director e si occuperà del coordinamento della funzione Comunicazione di Gruppo.

**Principali Responsabilità**:

- In funzione degli obiettivi strategici forniti dalla direzione e dalle linee di business aziendali, definirà il piano di comunicazione interna, individuando i contenuti e gli strumenti da utilizzare per veicolare le informazioni;
- Supervisionerà e garantirà l’esecuzione del piano di comunicazione, nel rispetto dei tempi e delle modalità di realizzazione, analizzando i risultati degli indicatori di efficacia degli interventi/strumenti adottati;
- Attività di Employer Branding ed Engagement;
- Allineamento dei contenuti della comunicazione interna con l’identità e i valori aziendali e/o di Gruppo orientata alla Diversity & Inclusion, con annesso sviluppo di iniziative di responsabilità sociale;
- Predisporrà e svilupperà i contenuti della comunicazione interna, compresi lo sviluppo di messaggi e creazione di contenuti sui social media in collaborazione con le altre funzioni aziendali;
- Progetterà e avvierà le campagne di comunicazione interna su temi HR;
- Gestirà e svilupperà la intranet aziendale e/o altri tools di comunicazione locali e/o di Gruppo, e relativa reportistica;
- Pianificherà, coordinerà e gestirà eventi interni;
- Gestirà e garantirà l’implementazione di altri progetti legati alla funzione;
- Co-svilupperà con il team comunicazione Interna Globale strategie mirate.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza di 3/5 anni maturata in ruoli analoghi preferibilmente in contesti strutturati con un forte orientamento alle tematiche HR;
- Laurea specialistica in comunicazione, giornalismo o Laurea equivalente;
- Master in ambito comunicazione Digitale e/o l’aver approfondito tematiche HR nel corso degli studi e delle esperienze precedenti. saranno considerati un plus;
- Conoscenza Fluente della Lingua inglese in virtù delle frequenti riunioni di funzione con le varie Country;
- Conoscenza approfondita del pacchetto Office, in particolare Power Point ed Excel;
- Esperienza nel coordinamento funzionale di una o più risorse.

Ottime capacità di scrittura, doti comunicative, orientamento al risultato oltre che uno spiccato spirito innovativo e curioso, sono a corredo del presente profilo.
