**Job Description**:
**Responsabilità**:

- Collaborare con il Pastry Chef nella preparazione di dolci, dessert e pasticceria per il ristorante dell’hotel e per eventi speciali.
- Assistere nella creazione di nuovi dessert e menù innovativi.
- Mantenere alti standard di qualità e presentazione dei prodotti.
- Assicurare la pulizia e l'igiene della cucina e degli strumenti utilizzati.
- Gestire le scorte e aiutare nel controllo delle forniture di ingredienti.
- Seguire le ricette e le procedure di produzione con precisione.
- Lavorare in team e contribuire a un ambiente di lavoro positivo.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza precedente in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente in un ristorante o hotel di alta gamma.
- Conoscenza delle tecniche di pasticceria e dei diversi tipi di dolci.
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e sotto pressione.
- Buone doti comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team.
- Passione per la cucina e voglia di apprendere e migliorare.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend e festivi.
