Material Management Specialist

He/She will be accountable to meet the targets on Revenues, Inventory and Billing, driving an operating rhythm within the wider sourcing organization, and interacting closely with Project, Planning and Finance for both P&L Florence New Units and Upgrades.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and drive an Operating Rhythm within the Sourcing Function covering the 3 areas of responsibility: Revenues, Inventory, Billing
- Interact with the Sourcing Operation Teams (MSD/BOP, Production, India, China, Middle East) to guarantee information accuracy and proper engagement on operation related issues
- Develop strong connections with Project Managers, Planners and Finance to guarantee full alignment and cooperation on risks resolution and opportunities consolidation
- Collaborate with manager in setting realistic and challenging operational goals, and contribute to their accomplishment
- Clearly communicate targets and accomplishments within the wider organization
- Ensure that all the transactions will be executed in full compliance with the company rules
- Own relevant KPIs with special focus on:

- Revenues/CM enhancement
- Inventory
- Billing from Sourcing milestones enhancement
- Medium/Long term Revenue outlook
- Implement digitization initiatives to reduce manual transaction and data analytics
- Engage the business leadership team to develop programs/processes and deliver enhanced productivity
- Develop the talents of the team and promote, either internally and within the adjacent functions and departments, the culture of people growth and development
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Finance or equivalent knowledge or work experience
- High-energy, self-motivated, confident leader willing to take on responsibilities across functions and teams boundaries
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent business/financial acumen, proficient in leading and setting direction for teams, including demonstrated motivate, influence and drive change at all levels of the organization
- Excellent growth leadership skills, demonstrating clear global perspective and understand factors impacting BH TPS
- Strong oral and written communication skills both in Italian and English
- Ability to work and communicate within a global and fast-paced environment
- Superior listening skills
- EU Work Permit
**Desired Characteristics**
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Preferred sound knowledge of O&G products and their production process/methods.
- Negotiation expertise is preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel (10% of work time)
