What you will do
The purpose of the position is to develop the built-in business in the Triveneto area: the manager is responsible for managing strategic Built in customer and maximizing all opportunities maximize business
ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY- Managing accounts for the company and building relationships with key personnel.- Networking within local accounts in order to secure all business opportunities.- Ensuring internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to local accounts.- Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively.- Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts.- Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by local accounts.- Taking a proactive approach to account management.- Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer.- Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales.
What you need to succeed
Must have
- Professional Experience:_ 5-7 years in Sales and Business Development experience and proof of this
- Education: _Economics or related Degree
- Languages:_ Fluency in English and Italian
- Soft skills:_- Clients management skills- People management experience and emotional maturity: coaching, development and motivation
- Other:_- Availability to travel in Italy- Able to establish relationships with largest customers and retailers- Leadership, clear communication of expectations to teams- Highly developed organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously

Familiarity with Built in Consumer Goods markets
