**Startup Technology & Venture Capital focus**:
We’re a diverse team with backgrounds in technology, business and entrepreneurship and we’re growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We’re actively seeking a Ventures Intern to champion the Plug and Play business model.

**Essential Job Functions**:
**Identify tech trends** **and** **source startups**
- Analyze tech trends and startups driving disruption across industries (fintech, food, sustainability, and more).

**Expand our network & research capabilities**
- Your main tasks will include conducting research and maintaining a great relationship with our network of startups in Italy and across the EMEA region.

**Support with program management and investment research**
- Your tasks will also include scheduling and facilitating meetings between startups and our mobility corporate partners. You will create startup lists for corporate partners based on their technology interests.
- You will support the deal teams on investment opportunities and startup due diligence reports.

**Technical & job level skills required**:

- Bachelor’s / MSc degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Informatics or similar from a leading university.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and research skills coupled with an innate curiosity.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Italy and English.
- Highly motivated, strong people skills and a positive mindset.
- Good understanding of, and passion for nascent technology (in mobility, production, enterprise, deep tech etc.)
- Ability to dive deep and conduct research into various technologies.
