ODV, a company operating in the confectionery field, is looking for a member for the quality Control.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing documentation related to product quality, including technical specifications, certificates, and customer-required documents.
- Conducting quality control of packaging (material and graphic conformity) during both acceptance and order confirmation.
- Identifying problem areas and opportunities for improvement.
- Performing periodic checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.
- Managing non-conformities, handling customer complaints, and conducting root cause analysis to prevent the recurrence of errors.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Italian and English (C1 level), both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of other Office software (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to set effective priorities and make responsible decisions.
- High level of independence and a strong work ethic.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent teamwork, flexibility, learning agility, and communication skills.
- Driver's licence: B
