- About the job
- Provide technical support to the sales network and customers across B2B and B2C channels.
- Handle returns and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution for the customer.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve support processes.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to service optimization.
- Update and maintain documentation related to technical support procedures and products.
- Participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on company news and product offerings.
- What we are looking for
- You are able to interact with clients and understand their needs, as well as report them to the relevant sales functions and the technical department;
- You have knowledge of the Spanish language;
- Preferably, you hold at least a diploma in technical fields (electrotechnics/electronics/mechanics/IT);
- Preferably, you have previous experience in technical contexts;
- Preferably, you have experience in customer support;
- **PLUS**: Knowledge of Portuguese - **PLUS**: Knowledge of German
