**Job Description**:
Sales Support - Assist the sales team in booking calls
- Follow up with our pool of prospects to garner interest in our offer/bonuses/promotions

Post-Sales Support - Assist in the success of our members by following them throughout their journey
- Hold accountability calls with members to guide them through their learning journey, celebrating their successes and directing them to the relevant resources if they reach an obstacle
- Professionally expedite the resolution of customer care requests
- Systematically report member feedback/improvement opportunities to the relevant departments to keep the wheel of continuous improvement moving
- Monitor NPS responses and take action accordingly
- Conduct regular surveys and strategize new ways to exceed the expectations of service excellence for our members

**Qualifications**:

- We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives on challenges, has excellent people skills and a knack for getting ahead of problems before they arise.
- A passion for continuous learning and a strong team mentality is essential.
- Italian language proficiency is required.
- Previous customer care or after-sales experience will put you ahead of the competition.
