About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable and precise
**Accounting Receivable Specialist** to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).
Responsibilities
- Book and allocate Italian/foreign collections to the related customer accounts
- Correctly manage the active schedule to send reminder letters
- Reconcile the balance sheet accounts
- Promptly record accruals, deferrals, invoices/credit notes to be issued
- Manage foreign exchange differences
- Reconcile receipts with credit cards and FinTech services
- Submit, allocate and reconcile direct debits
- Manage the correct accounting records for free gifts
- Manage the debt collection and Litigation
- Carry out cash Reconciliation (Stores, etc.)
- Ensure the provision of monthly data for management reporting
Requirements
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:

- Master’s Degree in Economics
- 3-5 years’ experience in an Accounting Department Office
- Experience in financial solutions management
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
