In this role he/she will work with cross-functional Digital teams, IT and consulting partners to help them solve for complex problems and needs. He/she will be part of the digital transformation of the core business processes of AIT (Assembly, Integration & Test) and building new technical and business capabilities tied to our business strategy.

**Key Responsibilities and tasks**
- Review the entire AIT Value Chain lifecycle and derive strategy (Digital Platform Architecture, Digital Technologies deployment, Culture, People & Governance) towards a data-driven and customer focused organisation.
- Identify and develop digital innovations to reduce operational inefficiencies and transform work processes.
- Facilitate organisation’s understanding of good digital experience and use data-driven methods to enhance customer digital engagement.
- Contribute to the design of technology solutions pertaining to user experience, data quality and security.
- Take part of Thales Alenia Space digital transformation by identifying new means, tools and way of working
- Perform data analytics in order to find new way of correlating all the data and build models that could support anticipation
- Act as digital focal point for central organizations, i.e. act as business representative by bringing the voice of the team among central projects, deploy corporate tools, cascade information at local level.
- Develop automation of processes currently performed manually with high workload and repeatability
- improve Supply Chain efficiency by using Digital Technologies.
- Assess and select Digital processes to be applicable in Satellite Production Line including Costellations with High production rate.
- Concur to write the URD for Digital Technologies/Architecture identified, support the design and deployment phase at TRL9.
- Drive the change management phases by communicating on the new solutions and accompanying colleagues in their usage of the new tools.
- Steer any improvement that could update the value delivered by the department, i.e. guaranty process robustness, build efficient performance monitoring.
