**Digital Innovation Cards Specialist**:
At Telepass, we take care of our B2C and B2B costumers through digital products related to payments and e-money services. That is why Telepass is an e-money institution that is expanding its products in various customer segments, especially in the area of e-money.
Precisely for this reason, we are expanding our **Payment Business Development** team and we are looking for a _Digital Innovation Cards Specialist_: a real product manager with vertical mission on activities related to the payment card products issued by Telepass and all other related services

**Your main Responsibilities**:

- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry-specific trends, opportunities and challenges.
- Product Strategy: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements that will drive growth and meet market needs.
- Business Case Development: Develop and present business cases for new features or product enhancements based on merchant feedback and market analysis.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product strategies and market initiatives for payment card-related projects.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Supplier relations: manage functional operations with critical suppliers in the area of card issuance and management.
- Manage and plan: a) tests required for product compliance and security, b) the design and coordination of testing of IT solutions, c) reports from business functions, provide necessary responses or refer any anomalies to the relevant group.

**Your Requirments**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Engineering or related fields
- 3-4 years experience as a Functional Analyst, Web Developer or Product Specialist in the e-money field
- Familiarity with project management and software development tools (e.g. JIRA, ect.) as well as Agile project management methodologies
- Ability to describe complex flows
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem solving skills, an inquisitive mindset and the ability to delve into complex topics with enthusiasm.
- Strong ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed product decisions and the initiative to identify opportunities as they arise
- Language: Excellent English and Italian both spoken and written
