Per la Sede Italiana di un primario e consolidato Gruppo Farmaceutico Multinazionale, specializzato nell’ambito dei farmaci equivalenti e anche brandizzati, siamo alla ricerca di un/una **Financial Reporting & Accounting Manager** **Posizione**: A riporto del Responsabile Amministrativo, con la responsabilità manageriale di tre risorse, sarà coinvolto/a nelle seguenti attività: coordinare e monitorare l’esecuzione delle scritture contabili in conformità alla normativa fiscale, alle regole aziendali nonché alla tempistica di Legge, aziendale e di Gruppo, organizzandosi e interagendo con tutte le funzioni locali presenti nell’area contabilità-finanza; garantire la regolare applicazione dei principi contabili IFRS e Civilistici alle operazioni e ai flussi contabili, in aderenza anche agli obiettivi prefissati dall’Azienda; attuare le procedure interne e di Gruppo in vigore nell’ambito dell’area di appartenenza e partecipa e guida la definizione e l’implementazione di nuove procedure e processi; interfacciarsi direttamente con i colleghi di Casa Madre per l’analisi, la gestione, il funzionamento di Tools interni e di Gruppo; eseguire analisi avanzate e revisioni delle transazioni contabili/finanziarie a sistema e coordina le attività di account payable, account receivable e general accounting; predisporre, nel rispetto della tempistica prefissata la reportistica aziendale finanziaria, sia effettiva che previsionale (es. cash flow notes, net working capital, trade receivables, etc..); partecipare alle attività correlate alla redazione del bilancio d'esercizio e alle scritture di rettifica e assestamento di fine anno. **Requisiti**: Laurea in materie economiche; comprovata e consolidata esperienza e competenza nel Ruolo (> 5 anni), l’esperienza maturata nell’ambito di Società di Revisione costituisce elemento preferenziale; conoscenza e utilizzo pacchetto office e SAP in vista dell’implementazione di SAP S/4 HANA; competenze di reportistica, conoscenza dei principi contabili IFRS e Civilistici; buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta. **Completano il profilo** precisione, rigore, ordine, puntualità ed esperienza pregressa nella gestione manageriale. **Sede di lavoro**:Milano con 1/2 gg a settimana di smart working.
