**Reporting to the local HR manager, you will look after**:
Payslips

Pension funds

Ticket restaurants

Relation with the payroll provider

Connection with European HR team for HR systems administration

You will be responsible for all HR audits and HR reconciliation process, being in contact with HR and Finance both locally and centrally. You will also support the HR manager and the team in developing HR processes and HR projects.

**Key responsibilities**:
Manage HR/Fiance files

Manage all people related software and time management system

Payroll management and payslips checks

People Software management

Time management

HR Audit

Pension plan, health insurance and HR Admin activities

HR/Finance reconciliation

Unions’ negotiations

**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge & Experience**:
HR admin experience

Payroll management experience

University Degree

Good Communication skills

General IT package - focus on Excel

Italian and English, both written and spoken
