Greentalent, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Energy, Engineering e Environment, per primario player attivo nello sviluppo, realizzazione e manutenzione di impianti di produzione energetica da fonti rinnovabili, ricerca un:
**Sales Building Automation & Energy Management**

La figura avrà la responsabilità di andare ad assistere i clienti già acquisiti ed ampliare il portafoglio clienti con riferimento all’offerta dell’azienda in ambito Data Management.

La risorsa selezionata si occuperà di:

- Implementare le strategie commerciali adottate dall’azienda, così da aumentare l’efficacia delle azioni di vendita in modo coerente e conforme alle politiche organizzative al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali;
- Curare l’acquisizione di nuovi clienti (tramite azioni di scouting attivo e di mappatura del territorio) e gestire i rapporti con i clienti in essere (anche tramite azioni di fidelizzazione);
- Gestire e sviluppare, in accordo con le direttive aziendali, i rapporti con procacciatori e partner che possano contribuire allo sviluppo commerciale dell’azienda;
- Gestire le attività di reportistica, allo scopo di poter analizzare sia i dati complessivi che quelli specifici di ogni attività di sua responsabilità;
- Gestire, direttamente o per tramite dei canali coinvolti, le trattative commerciali con i clienti, risolvendo eventuali problematiche o situazioni critiche;
- Collaborare con l’Area Tecnica, condividendo le informazioni raccolte dai clienti, al fine di garantire la più efficiente ed efficace esecuzione delle commesse acquisite;
- Collaborare con il Dipartimento Crediti nella valutazione del profilo di solidità finanziaria dei clienti e nella gestione di eventuali scaduti.

Si richiedono:

- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi;
- Buone capacità commerciali e di pianificazione;
- Disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio.

Completano il profilo una personalità dinamica e proattiva, ottime doti di problem solving, capacità relazionali e una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
