Commercial Operations Analyst (f/m/d),

(near a local hub in EMEA; home-office based)

**Your task**:
Accountable for compensation and incentive processes, securing team support to HR and Finance on Sales Incentive scheme structures and assistance in Modelling outcomes, Communication of Schemes and Commission Statements to individuals.

Forecasting support at EMEA Level; consolidation, development and communication of key forecast drivers and management information to EMEA leaders.

Continuous process review & improvement across key commercial activities such as Forecasting, Price Realization and Incentives / Sales Commissions.

Develop price realization analysis capabilities, standard work, visual management, and PSPs trigger for Commercial Operations team/regional teams and EMEA marketing.

Enable Contract management alignment at EMEA level, included SLA’s. Support the review of internal processes to provide on time and reliable information at margin calculation.

Define and maintain Leica Biosystems (LBS) EMEA LOA document in line with compliance, finance and LBS Global or DHR corporate guidelines.

Guide the team in the development, enhancement, and execution of dashboards and reports, in SFDC, SAP, Analysis for Office and PowerBI, to support the commercial organization including the use of advanced data mining tools to improve field sales and marketing insights.

**Your qualifications**:
Commercially focused individual with the ability to understand different stakeholder needs across a broad range of countries and cultures in EMEA.

University degree preferably Masters

Good business understanding and acumen

Proficiency in English with strong written and oral communication skills

Independent and strong sense of integrity

Can successfully deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges

Strong change management experience

Strong sense of stakeholder management

Continuous improvement mentality; high-energy and self-motivated

Experience of ERP (SAP) and SFDC
