- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Internship - Innovation Analyst** to join its office in **Genoa**, Italy within the **Global Innovation** Division.

**Mission**
- Support the development, coordination, and implementation of global innovation initiatives, focusing on strategic projects, Internally funded R&I initiatives (i.e., innovation projects that don't rely on external funding but drive strategic growth), and open innovation programs within the Global Innovation Division. #LI-MR1**Key Accountabilities**
- Support the Internally funded R&I strategy and roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and update internal innovation processes, and assist in managing innovation-driven projects across various corporate functions.
- Support the planning, execution, and management of open innovation initiatives, including Call4Startup programs, hackathons, innovation challenges, and co-creation projects, assisting in the scouting and evaluation of external partners, startups, and innovative solutions.
- Help with research and analysis of emerging trends & technologies, market insights, and external innovation ecosystems to inform both internal and open innovation strategies.
- Assist in tracking and reporting the progress of innovation initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate data collection.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive innovation and ensure smooth project execution.
- Contribute to the promotion of innovation initiatives, enhancing visibility and engagement both within and outside the organization.

**Education**
