- You will drive impactful solutions by turning data into actionable insights. **Key Accountabilities**
- Learn to analyze business needs, gather and interpret data, formulate and test hypotheses, and turn insights into developing recommendations.
- Develop skills in supporting all project phases, from forming hypotheses to implementing effective strategies.
- Gain experience building financial models, creating impactful presentations, and presenting findings.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Engineering General
- Master’s Degree in Economics or Statistics

**Qualifications**
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s, MSc or PhD degree with an **expected graduation date in 2025** in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
- Strong commitment to excellence and a personal and professional growth drive.
- Demonstrated outstanding academic performance with a keen aptitude for analytical thinking.
- Proven track record of taking initiative and demonstrating leadership in university/work environment or extracurricular activities.
- Resourceful, intellectually curious, empathetic, and energetic, with a mature approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine passion for business and a strong interest in tackling complex challenges.
- Collaborative team player with a preference for working in dynamic, team-oriented settings.
- Communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively in Italian and English, both verbally and in writing.
