**Position**:
**Job Title**:Stock Associate

**Reporting line**: Hierarchical, Store Operation Manager/ Store Director / Assistant Store Director & Functional, Country Operation Manager

**Department Description**:
Directly reporting to the Store Operation Manager or Store Director, the Stock Associate effectively will support the smooth running of the day-to-day stock operations of the store, with the objective of facilitating sales, delivering exceptional service to customers and implementing business driving initiatives.

He/she supports client experience by assisting Managers and S.A on the sales floor as needed.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Stock Management & Logistics- Open and check the content of deliveries, prepare transfers and rebalancing, ensure stockroom maintenance & restocking, execute prices changes, contribute to prepare and conduct cycle counts.
- As needed, support for client experience, including running product to the sales floor (in some stores)
- Have knowledge and show respect of key policies and processes
- Have knowledge and show exemplary use of all « back-office » tools
