Customer Success Associate connects our most strategic clients to Refinitiv’s portfolio of software & desktop solutions.
The Customer Success Associate plays a key role in enhancing customer experience by leveraging a network of experts across Refinitiv and ensuring customers’ business objectives are achieved through full utilization of solutions into the daily workflow of end-users.
We are seeking a new graduate to join our team in Milan Office.
Role Summary
The Customer Success is a post-sales role which drives commercial value creation through adoption of all Refinitiv solutions purchased by the customer to achieve revenue retention and customer engagement. It entails high degree of relationship management and functional expertise to drive adoption and expansion of our services.
As entry level graduate you will be trained and develop your skills as part of a high performing global team, which acts as trusted advisor and roadmap architect to most important players in the financial markets.
- What you’ll be doing_
- Support the Team in educating customers on relevant functionality and content of Refinitiv’s workflows;
- Collaborate with CSMs locally and globally to identify “at risk” customers to proactively prevent cancellations;
- Promote insights relevant to customers’ workflow and act as a voice of the customer internally, feeding upwards their experiences;
- Contribute to the execution of global campaigns and retention strategies as part of the customer success plan for accounts, alongside within the Account Team;
- Learn how to identify and investigate sales opportunities as well as retention activities within the customer Lifecyle journey.
- Build, maintain and demonstrate positive relationships with business decision makers and users within each account to influence adoption and customer satisfaction.
