Consistently strong growth, as well as recently launching in 4 new markets, has created a requirement for a full-time Sales Executive to join our Direct Sales team in our Milan office.
Soldo operates on agile principles throughout the entire organisation.
**Key responsibilities of the role**
We are looking for a qualified **Sales Executive **working in **Direct Sales **department to join our team based in Milan.
You will be responsible for close new business and developing long-term relationships with mid/large customers and overseeing sales in Italian territory: you should work to satisfy customers’ requests and needs, respond to their queries on time and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience leveraging all available way of contact, both face-to-face and through virtual meetings.
- Scout new business opportunities, using existing and potential customer networks
- Manage leads generation with Sales Development team and marketing in Demand Generation activities
- Manage a portfolio of defined customers in order to achieve long-term success and increase the average revenues
- Sell services and solutions related to use cases delivered in Soldo platform
- Act as the commercial point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Working with Customer Success team in order to manage the status of the customers and his satisfaction
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives, both in new business than in existing customers
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and monthly forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
**About you**:
- Strong proven work experience as a B2B Sales professional, preferably in one the following markets and experience: Software in SaaS, Spend Management and/or Procurement software, Accounting and Payroll Software, Payment Systems and/or other Financial Services industry
- Demonstrated sales seniority with Mid and Large accounts
- Experience on selling using video conferencing systems
- Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Market industry and product knowledge (key competitors, terminology, technology, trends and regulations)
- Understanding the corporate expenses management and treasury concepts which link to and drive the Soldo value proposition
- Understanding of sales performance metrics, capacity to use Salesforce and manage forecast processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to coordinate people of different teams to produce dedicated Account Plans on defined customers
