The Global Advanced Analytics Manager holds accountability for the increased utilization of machine learning and artificial intelligence within the Analytics landscape. The Global Advanced Analytics Manager is responsible for engaging the business leaders to identify appropriate use cases for these capabilities and providing recommended actions through influential storytelling. In addition, the Global Advanced Analytics Manager is responsible for the creation of a data innovation lab to ensure that the Electrification Analytics team is up to date on emerging advanced analytics capabilities.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develops the service delivery strategy and service delivery plan for assigned service(s) in collaboration with the Global EL Analytics Owner.
- Aligns with all relevant stakeholders to define the sourcing level and related Underpinning Contracts with external Vendors.
- Drives service launch activities, including completion of all required deliverables for production readiness.
- Acts as the escalation point in case service continuity is compromised (major and critical incident), and ensures, in close cooperation with resolution team, that mitigation actions for service restorations are in place and business/customer/consumer are informed and correctly aligned.
- Establishes, manages, and delivers the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operation Level Agreements (OLAs) in collaboration with all relevant IS departments and other key stakeholders.
- Cooperates with internal and external delivery units for the innovation and continual improvement activities for service delivery processes. Accountable for ensuring process are operationally working at the right level.
- Supports all internal IS and cross-functional processes related to IS service delivery or IS service demand in the relevant service area of responsibility.
- Designs and supports processes that foster service improvement, reviews service level reports to verify quality of provided services.
- Ensures satisfaction with IS services, by understanding their strategic and tactical needs, making sure actions are taken to close any gaps, and influences stakeholder perceptions of the relevant IS services. Facilitates open communication between stakeholders and provides informed feedback to assess and promote understanding.
- Ensures work in the delivery domain department is compliant with all applicable ABB Regulations and ABB Group Guidelines. Ensures all internal controls are diligently followed and supervised in all departments.
Supports the business owner during the annual review process providing all evidence required by the assessors and external auditors.
- Reviews the demand of resources based on volume and skill set along with the Global IS Application/ERP/Analytics Owner and Capabilities organization
- Ensures (with HR Manager support and with Capabilities) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
- Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies, for the benefit of both ABB and the employee.
- Onboards IS Project manager based on recommendation by IS Capability organization to lead initiatives.

**Your background**:

- Master’s Degree in Information Management, Computer Systems, Business Engineering or similar
Fluent spoken and written English
- SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager Certification
- Other ITIL professional certification, COBIT, Six Sigma, TOGAF desired
- Excellent IS development and operations skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologies
- Strong experience around modernized and digital product services and delivery
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery processes
- Strong experience in Business Process Modeling and Management
- Excellent track record of delivering Analytics solutions
