La CEA Study Abroad offre programmi di istruzione internazionale per studenti di università statunitensi e canadesi. I programmi includono topic come scienze del linguaggio, competenza interculturale, arti liberali, scienze sociali, business internazionale e STEM. La CEA è conosciuta per la qualità dei propri programmi ed è nota nel settore dell’educazione. Con sede a Phoenix, inArizona, dispone di uno staff di 140 persone in 12 paesi.

Lo Student Life Advisor contribuisce ad ogni aspetto del programma, inclusa la preparazione e la gestione dell’arrivo degli studenti in sede, l’orientation, le escursioni e le attività, ma il ruolo principale di questa posizione è quello di coordinare l’Housing degli studenti e dei professori.

A seguire, un sommario dei compiti e responsabilità dello Student Life Advisor:

- Ricerca, valutazione, ispezione e pianifica delle opzioni abitative
- Coordinamento dell’allestimento degli appartamenti secondo gli standard CEA
- Coordinamento dei CEA Italian Roommates (CIR)
- Assistenza nella negoziazione dei contratti
- Controllo del rispetto delle CEA Housing policies
- Risoluzione dei problemi nell’appartamento, coordinamento della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria
- Coordinamento dei check-in e check-out e della documentazione corrispondente
- Conduzione della sessione di Housing durante l’Orientation
- Svolgimento delle commissioni per gli appartamenti e l’ufficio
- Coordinamento degli arrivi degli studenti e del transfer dall’aeroporto all’appartamento
- Assistenza allo staff per prenotazioni, organizzazione eventi e altro
- Partecipazione attiva ad attività ed escursioni
- Partecipazione alla gestione del centro
- Assistenza e customer care agli studenti
Skill necessarie:

- Ottime capacità comunicative
- Mentalità empatica e inclusiva
- Capacità organizzative
- Proattività, flessibilità e capacità a lavorare sotto pressione
- Reattività e propensione al lavoro di gruppo
- Conoscenza della città di Roma e della sua offerta culturale e di svago
Qualifiche minime:

- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Laurea triennale (o equivalente)
- Autorizzazione a lavorare in Italia
- Esperienze pregresse nel customer service
- Buone capacità informatiche (conoscenza del pacchetto Office e internet)
Ambiente lavorativo:

- Sede principale nell’ufficio di CEA
- Richiesta disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia ed Europa
- Richiesta disponibilità al di fuori del normale orario di lavoro
- Partecipazione alla turnazione del telefono di emergenza aziendale

Stipendio: €1.200,00 - €1.500,00 al mese
