In this role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing orders within the facility, ensuring that projects meet timelines, technical requirements, budget, and quality standards, working closely with business functions and serve as the main point of contact with the client during execution.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Planning and supervising project activities (production, procurement, engineering, logistics) to ensure delivery within contractual timelines.
- Developing and sharing project plans with internal functions and with clients.
- Aligning production plans in collaboration with the Shopfloor Supervisor, balancing loads and priorities based on material availability and, when applicable, outsourced suppliers.
- Leading work progress, identifying risks and guiding corrective actions.
- Acting as the main point of contact between the client and the company during execution.
- Collaborating with Sales and Engineering in leading change orders, scope variations, and negotiations with clients to safeguard profitability.
- Controlling inventories, costs, and impacts of delays.
- Preventing and resolving operational and technical issues.
- Giving to the collection of lessons learned and the implementation of consequent corrective actions.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Degree in engineering
- 3-5 years of proven experience in an industrial area or similar
- Basic knowledge of technical drawing
- Fluency in Italian
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Mechanical Engineering degree
- Experience with Oracle ERP
