We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Monitoring project reactivities (production, purchasing, engineering, logistics) to ensure on-time delivery Aligning production plans in collaboration with the planner and the shopfloor supervisor, balancing workload and priorities based on availability of material and, when applicable, third-party suppliers and partnersEnsuring proper execution of the orders in accordance with the contract, technical requirements, timelines and budget, identifying and reporting any risksSupervising the necessary documentation (customer orders, technical documentation, etc.)Being the primary point of contact between the client and the company during the execution of assigned projectsProactively reporting on progress, critical issues, and changesPreparing invoicing reports and Monitor inventory, cost and the impact of delaysEnsuring compliance with legal regulations, corporate standards, trade compliance, and safety requirementsPreventing and resolving operational and technical issuesWho You Are: You are seeking a job opportunity in an international environment within a rapidly growing organization and you strategically plan and handle activities, ensuring significant progress and adherence to timelines.
