**Posizione**:
Ricerchiamo il PARTS & ACCESSORIES ASSISTANT MANAGER, che avrà la responsabilità di:

- Sviluppare azioni commerciali per promuovere prodotti anche innovativi (gamma accessori, merchandising, servizi EV)
- Dare supporto nello sviluppo di nuovi canali di vendita
- Collaborare con il Service Marketing alla realizzazione di programmi di Marketing
- Definire gli obiettivi della rete Dealer, supervisionando le attività di rete per consentire ai Concessionari di massimizzare le proprie prestazioni
- Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con fornitori per le varie iniziative
- Determinazione del prezzo, in collaborazione con lo specialista P&A Pricing
- Benchmarking esterni OEM/IAM
- Monitoraggio andamento delle vendite

**Requisiti**:
Si richiede:

- Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale, Marketing
- Esperienza di 3-5 anni in ruolo analogo
- Propositività in termini di proposte e soluzioni
- Progettazione e pianificazione
- Inglese fluente (parlato e scritto)
- Padronanza MS Office
