We are looking for a new team member to join our Lithuanian team as a Container Administration Officer.

Description

In this role you are responsible of high quality, accurate data entry and maintenance. You will be following-up container fleet and pro-actively communicating with stakeholders and customers about container availability. You also need good problem-solving skills as you would be investigating and finding solutions for our process issues and improving equipment tracking quality. You will be supported by a professional team and a line manager. The role is a maternity leave substitute.

**Requirements**:

- You are detail oriented and like routine work surrounding data and data accuracy.
- You communicate fluently with stakeholders and colleagues in good Lithuanian and English.
- You are fluent with MS Office, especially Excel, and will be able to adopt new information systems and you are handy with IT.
- You can be fresh out of university or still studying.
- Background in business, shipping or logistics is an advantage.
