Maintenance Data Analyst

Per la nostra sede di Dalmine (BG) siamo alla ricerca di un Maintenance Data Analyst.
La figura si inserisce nel team di Ingegneria del dipartimento di manutenzione centrale.
La risorsa risponderà direttamente al Responsabile della manutenzione e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Identificazione, monitoraggio e mappatura delle principali criticità operative di manutenzione di tutte le sedi operative italiane ed estere tramite analisi KPI tecnici, riunioni con i responsabili di area e ispezioni sul campo;
Ricerca di soluzioni migliorative e valutazione di convenienza;
Realizzazione delle soluzioni individuate;
Diffusione di soluzioni in manutenzione;
Standardizzazione delle attività manutentive.
**Requisiti**:
Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica;
Conoscenza lingua Inglese;
Disponibilità a brevi trasferte in Italia (2 - 3 gg) e all’estero (1 -2 settimane);
**Completano il profilo**: ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, capacità di lavoro in team, buone capacità di problem solving e di gestione dello stress, riservatezza e proattività.
