**BUSINESS PLANNING SPECIALIST - AREA VENDITE**

La figura che stiamo ricercando sarà a supporto del Business Planning Manager nella gestione della pianificazione, previsione delle vendite e della stesura del budget aziendale.

Si occuperà di:

- Supportare il processo di budget aziendale preparando una visione dell'evoluzione del mercato, con approfondimenti per mercato, canale, prodotto e marchio **trasformando il budget in obiettivi del reparto commerciale**:

- Monitoraggio delle performance di vendita in base agli obiettivi prefissati
- Prendere parte alle riunioni di vendita con reparto Sales and Marketing e con il management (sia locale che europeo) e proporre contromisure per bilanciare le strategie tenendo conto dei prezzi e delle dinamiche dei clienti
- Preparare una reportistica puntuale e precisa rispetto al raggiungimento dei KPI da parte del reparto commerciale
- Gestire le relazioni con i clienti, programmando visite periodiche per rafforzare il loro engagement
- Stabilire delle linee guida per gestire gli accordi commerciali digitali in base alle strategie e necessità aziendali
- Supporto nella proposta di tool digitali volti allo snellimento di alcuni processi aziendali

REQUISITI:

- Laurea in Economia, Marketing, Business Administration o similari
- **Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo e conoscenza delle tecniche di vendita, analisi delle vendite e del budget**:

- **Spiccata strategia di business**:

- Conoscenza e dimestichezza con tools digitali
- **Ottima conoscenza di Excel**:

- **Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese**

SI OFFRE

Contratto a tempo indeterminato diretto con l'azienda. Inquadramento al livello C del CCNL Gomma Plastica. E' prevista una modalità di lavoro ibrida.
