Barilla is looking for a student/graduate for an internship opportunity within the Global marketing unit based in our Head Office in Parma.

The intern will be part of the Barilla Global Marketing team, focusing on the brand communication and equity management. She/he will gain deep insights on branding and campaign creation for global projects. She/he will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team, working day to day with managers on important projects for the company.

She/he will learn how to manage complex projects, work with cross-functional teams and countries.
The trainee will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders such as external creative agencies (advertising, packaging or other creative agencies) and country managers.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Supporting the team in implementing new creative projects for brand comms
- Understanding design trends and brand consistency
- Helping designing related activities
- Helping the production of communication assets
- Coordination of projects that she/he will be accountable for
- Contributing to the team’s daily business activities (i.e budget management)

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Communication, Design or Marketing related programs
- Good MS Office skills + any creative tool is a plus
- Fluent English (the knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus) and good knowledge of Italian
- Outstanding project management skills, ability to balance priorities and multiple tasks
- Great organizing skills, creativity and pro-activity
- Skilled communicator and team player
- A previous experience gained through relevant internship (ideally in marketing or communication) will be preferred
