HSPI S.p.A., in view of expanding its work streams, is looking for a Senior professional with experience in managing complex public sector projects, to be hired in the role of Assistant Manager.
The resource will operate with Project Manager-level responsibilities, coordinating teams and stakeholders, and will report directly to the designated Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage complex projects in the public sector, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality objectives are met;
Coordinate cross-functional teams and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Monitor project progress, preparing periodic reports and detailed analyses;
Identify risks and critical issues, proposing proactive mitigation strategies;
Support strategic planning processes and operational decision-making;
Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal company standards.
**Technical Skills**:
Proven experience in the role, preferably 3 to 6 years;
Skills in project planning, monitoring, and control;
Ability to manage and coordinate stakeholders;
Capability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies;
Experience in budgeting and financial control of projects;
Competence in preparing project reports and documentation.
**Additional Plus**:
Knowledge of public procurement processes;
Familiarity with digital transformation projects;
Experience in projects related to cultural heritage or museums.
