In this position, you will be part of the Loacker Futurum Front End Innovation team and you will support the department, catching relevant insights and trends.
- You will contribute to the implementation of an internal community of trends observers.**YOUR RESPONSABILITES**
- To become familiar with internal tools of trend monitoring (both market and consumers side)
- To support the definition of a defined process of trend monitoring, integrating available sources and tools
- To support the creation of an internal community of trends observers:

- definition of the characteristics of the community
- ideation of the process
- identification of activities and related roadmap
- exploration of ways and possible platforms to manage the project and selection of the most appropriate one
- To coordinate the first period of roll-out and related interactions

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Master’s degree or equivalent with specialization in one (or more) of the following areas:

- Consumer Behaviour
- Consumer Trend Forecasting
- Marketing Strategy
- Economic Psychology
- Innovation Management

Base knowledge of trends’ exploration and management required
- Analytical, pattern identification and abstraction skills
- Good working knowledge of Office package
- Curious, Open-minded, Creative, team-player and positive attitude
- Fluent in English, Italian and/or German

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Good experience in social listening tools
- Experience in trend monitoring and similar areas
- Exposure to Project Management principles represents an advantage
