In this position, you will be part of the Loacker Futurum Front End Innovation team and assist the department with business, economics and innovation management knowledge. You will contribute to the implementation of the new idea management process.**YOUR RESPONSABILITES**
- Managing ideas through an innovative digital platform
- Prepare analysis and evaluation of ideas: check information, data and minimum requirements for submission
- Support analysis and prioritization processes
- Support the implementation of an open innovation activity
- Eventually, support the new start up scouting process

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Degree, preferably Master in Business Management, Innovation Management
- Good working knowledge of Office package
- Curious, Open-minded, Creative, Team-player and positive attitude
- Fluent in English, Italian and/or German

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Understanding of innovation management practices
- Exposure to Project Management principles is a big advantage
