We are seeking a Junior Account Executive for our Italian Retail Sales organization.
- Responsible for customer account management for key accounts within country Italy
- Generates and follow up leads and work on Prospects as well
- Develops customer relationships as a trusted advisor, providing business and product expertise and exceptional customer support.
- Educates customers on DN products, services and innovations.
- Solicits customer feedback and works internally key stakeholders to manage any issues.
- Proactively meets with customers to review service levels.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Computer Science and Business area are a matter of preference, but not limited to) or equivalent work experience required
- Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
- Exhibit skills, characteristics, traits and work habits that greatly enhance the likelihood of success in customer relationships, ex: solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, customer empathy.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, strategic planning, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated relationship building skills at all levels of the organization, including senior executive levels.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
