**Job Description Summary**: As Clinical Education Specialist MR you will be responsible for providing formal technical and clinical training on MR to customers: radiologists, radiographers, physicists and bio-medical engineers. Responsibilities include on-going post-sale customer support, on-site clinical visits for education sessions. Responsibilities will include also product demonstrations during pre-sale activities.

Our Imaging teams develop the equipment that scans over a billion patients every year, enabling us to improve lives in the moments that matter.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide technical and clinical information to customer by demonstrating the full range of product features and benefits.
- Monitor and control customer satisfaction through continuing education trainings, optimization of the performances of the MR equipment utilized by users.
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing MR product demonstration and workstation promotion as well as customer training.
- Use product knowledge to assist commercial and marketing teams in developing sales tools.
- Provide post-training reports, regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs to the internal Sales and Service organization.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineer or related.
- Easy to establish relationship with people, open and flexible to work outside of the office. Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide for trainings, sales meetings and tradeshows
- Solid problem solving skills, ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
- Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
- Fluent in English
