**HR recruiting, learning and development Junior**:
La risorsa supporterà il Team HR per tutte le Società del gruppo nelle seguenti attività:
organizzazione della formazione e registrazione delle edizioni su gestionale interno;
raccolta dei fabbisogni di inserimento nuovo personale e stesura job description;
identificazione dei canali di reclutamento più idonei alla singola ricerca;
pubblicazione annunci di ricerca personale;
diffusione dei profili ricercati alle APL;
pre-screening dei CV ricevuti;
monitoraggio dei piani di inserimento dei neo assunti;
progetti di valutazione delle competenze;
aggiornamento delle job description ed organigramma aziendale.

**Requisiti**:
Laurea in materie umanistiche con focus sulle Risorse Umane o Master in Gestione delle Risorse Umane;
Conoscenza approfondita del Pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Indispensabile ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Minima esperienza in ambito HR o forte interesse per l'ambito;
Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio;
La buona conoscenza della lingua francese è considerato un plus.

**Completano il profilo**: capacità di lavorare in Team, empatia, ascolto, dinamismo, precisione e riservatezza.
